Puig reig - Gironella

DESCRIPTION: Beautiful stretch going up the Llobregat River, passing through old textile colonies, now transformed into warehouses for the area's industry, river locks with beautiful waterfalls, riverside forest and a bit of adventure when crossing the river on footbridges of all kinds (without risk). A mix of nature, history and culture, a little-traveled path that allows us to enjoy the calm and silence that we often seek.
It is one of the most appreciated sections for its walk through the riverside forest, to see the first mountains of the Pyrenees closer, for the smell of the countryside and the clean air that you breathe. Take advantage of it. The path is narrower than what we have done so far, there are more paths and trails than tracks and this also allows us moments of personal reflection.
