Viladordis
Manresa - Navarcles

DESCRIPTION: This section will reveal to us new and wonderful corners of central Catalonia, places full of history and culture, we will begin to discover a large territory.
We start the route leaving the Cova de Sant Ignasi de Loiola and taking an urban walk through Manresa until we find the shopping area par excellence of Bages. It is here that we will begin to follow a variant of the Camino de Santiago that will take us to the Viladordis Health Sanctuary, where we can see the stone where Saint Ignatius knelt during his prayers in this place. We will pass through the village of Viladordis to face our way towards the Llobregat river where we will find an example of the Tines del Bages where wine was made in the same vineyard. The Tres Salts del Llobregat, the house of the 7 Tines, the power plant, all next to this very important river in Catalonia.
A short distance from Navarcles, the Monastery of Sant Benet de Bages, a jewel of Catalan Romanesque architecture, and its entire tourist complex give us an anteroom to the village of Navarcles, where we can see the relics of Saint Valentine in its parish of Santa Maria.
Don't miss this section, it's easy to walk, it's all along a wide track that will allow us to share the path with the people who accompany us or enjoy the silence if we do it alone.

You can ask us for any type of information and we will be happy to help you on this path, free of charge and without any obligation.
